The property is carpeted throughout, and fully furnished to a high standard with quality furniture, drapes, luxury fittings and equipment. For the television addict, there are two multi channel cable T.V's at no extra charge situated in the lounge and master bedroom along with a hi-fi system.

There is also a video in the lounge for when you have tired of flicking through the many T.V. channels and want to view the latest U.S. videos on release. A telephone is installed, and available to guests for local calls. Long distance calls may be made through the use of a credit card.
