Directions to The Palms

- FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
There are two routes to get to the house from Orlando International Airport

1) Preferred Route via the 417 Greenway
This is a toll road and you will need $2.50 for the tolls but it has the advantage of being very easy and very little traffic will be using this road. Leave the Airport following the signs for the 417 south. You will come to a yield sign just outside the Airport. Join the flow of traffic on the main road and move into the right hand lane; you can then follow the signs for Kissimmee and Attractions. After approximately 1 mile you will turn right onto the 417 Greenway heading for Kissimmee, Tampa and Attractions. There are three tollbooths to pass through, costing $1.00, $1.00 and $0.50. Stay with Greenway until it ends with Intersection with Interstate (1.4). Heading towards Tampa Exit at Junction 55. Follow directions below.

2) Alternative Route via the 528 Beeline Expressways.
This is also a toll road, but is slightly cheaper ($1.25). It is not as easy to follow. Leave the Airport via the exit sign posted Orlando and get onto the Beeline Expressway (528) heading in the direction of Tampa. You will pass through two toll booths (50 cents and 75 cents respectively). Join the Interstate 4, heading west towards Tampa. Exit at Junction 55. Follow directions below.

- FROM SANDFORD AIRPORT
Leave the Airport following directions to the Greenway (417). Head south and exit onto Interstate 4. Stay on Interstate (I 4.) Heading towards Tampa. Exit at Junction 55 Follow directions below.

- FROM TAMPA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Exit the Airport following the signs for Interstate (1.4) heading East towards Orlando. Exit Interstate (I. 4) at Junction 55. Follow directions as below.

- ALL ROUTES
Exit at Junction 55. Take the U S 27 heading north towards Clermont. Continue along this road for approximately 4 miles, and Hampton Lakes is on your Right (see below for picture of the entrance gates). Pass through the gates and continue to the roundabout. Take your first right off the roundabout into Julliard Boulevard and about 200 yards on the left is 436 Julliard Boulevard!

The key to the property is in the lockbox on the inside facing wall of the pillar to the right of the doorway. To access the keys you will need to enter a code which we will provide you with and press down on the top button to open the box. If you make a mistake, press clear and start again.
